Product: Cauliflower Wings by Birds Eye
Description: Breaded cauliflower florets that include a packet of teriyaki sauce. The bag weights 13.5 ounces and is found in the freezer aisles.
Preparation summary: Bake the cauliflower on a cookie sheet for 18 to 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Defrost the teriyaki sauce under warm water and toss with the cooked florets.
High points: The cauliflower turned out tender without crossing into mushiness. The breading isn’t oily, and the teriyaki sauce offered tasteful notes of rice wine (mirin), ginger and pineapple.
Low points: Let’s not kid ourselves. These taste nothing like chicken wings, just as cauliflower “steaks” and “tater tots” and pizza crusts never come close to the real deal. But a strong imagination will get you there.
Also, the breading is loosey-goosey. It sheds before and after cooking. As for the unusually high price, you can essentially spend the same amount of money for a full head of cauliflower and a bottle of cheap teriyaki sauce.

Umm…no.
I’ll probably try these, anything that’s quick & easy works for me,,, & with the cauliflower , healthier than breaded Mozzarella sticks!🤣
As I said earlier, there’s that cauliflower acting like something it ain’t again
