High points: The sausages contain no artificial ingredients. And they are “only minimally processed” whatever that means in farm talk.
Low points: Their dull color was off-putting. So were their overly sturdy lamb casings. Flavor wise, these little piggies exit the frying pan squealing for sage, thyme, black pepper and other spices common to breakfast sausages.
